Ingredients for Migas Recipe

  • 500 gram Bread
  • 150 gram Meat
  • 4 No.s Cloves
  • 4 tablespoon extra virgin oil
  • As required Water
  • As required Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika

Directions: Migas Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Cut the bread in slices, soak in water in a bowl. Then drain and set aside. Cut the meat into small pieces.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Heat some oil in a pan and add garlic, stir fry until golden. Then add meat and heat for 5-10 minutes and season with paprika, salt and water to sprinkle.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Toss in the drained bread and mix. Now lower the heat and cook until water escapes. Fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
