  • 5 Nos garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion
  • 1 cup champignon mushroom
  • 3 Nos pak choi
  • 1 Nos scallion
  • 1 Nos chilli peppers
  • 3 Nos yellow noodles
  • 2 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 Nos egg
  • 1 cup prawns
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1/5 teaspoon salt
  • 1/5 teaspoon white pepper

How to Make Mie Goreng Recipe

STEP 01

Mince garlic

STEP 02

Chop the leaves of pak choi

STEP 03

Slice mushrooms,scallions,onions and chillies lengthwise

STEP 04

Boil noodles in a pot until soft

heat margarine in a pan over high heat

step 7

STEP 01

then add onion,garlic and cook for 20 secs

step 8

STEP 01

add egg and stir until it is cooked

step 9

STEP 01

add prawns and toss for a minute or so until they turn pinkish in colour

STEP 01

now add soy sauce,fish sauce and oyster sauce saute for another 2 minutes and add mushrooms

STEP 01

lastly add boiled noodles,pak choi,scallions,cayenne peppers and sweet soy sauce.

mix all the ingredients thoroughly and season with salt and pepper(optional)

serve hot with a sunny side up egg(optional)
