Ingredients for Microwave rava Idli Recipe

  • 0.40 cup suji (semolina)
  • 1/5 cup Curd
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/5 packet Eno powder
  • 1/5 inch Pinch of black pepper powder
  • As Required water
  • A Few Oil

Directions: Microwave Rava Idli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a large bowl add semolina, salt,black pepper, curd, water and mix it and make the batter
  • STEP 2.Rest 15 to 20 minutes
  • STEP 3.After 15 minutes and eno powder and mix it
  • STEP 4.Grease the microwave idli mould and add batter
  • STEP 5.Microwave 4 to 5 minute
  • STEP 6.Then serve hot sambar or chutney
