How to make Microwave Pizza Potatoes Recipe

Blushing belle little potatoes

Italian seasoning

Garlic salt

Cold salted butter

Pizza sauce

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Dice little potatoes into smaller 1-inch pieces. Place them into a shallow microwaveable bowl or plate. I am using a glass 9-inch pie plate.

Slice butter and place on top of potatoes. Sprinkle italian seasoning and garlic salt on top.

Cover plate with microwave-safe plastic wrap and poke a couple of holes in it.

Place in the microwave and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove potatoes from the microwave and carefully remove the plastic wrap (careful-there will be hot steam!) and stir the potatoes well.

Stir in pizza sauce with the cooked potatoes.

Then top with shredded mozzarella cheese. for a pop of color, sprinkle on some dried parsley.

Put the plate (uncovered) into the microwave for about 2-3 minutes until cheese is completely melted.
