  • 125 Gms Chicken small pieces
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Butter
  • 1 Pieces Bay leaves
  • 3 Pieces Cloves
  • 1 Pieces Dry red chilli
  • 4 Pieces Garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 Tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/4 Tsp Sugar
  • 0.13 Tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 0.13 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

Directions: Microwave Chicken With Easy Homemade Sauce. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt.
  • STEP 2.Microwave them for 6 minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a wok heat oil and butter.
  • STEP 4.Add bay leaves pieces, cloves, dry red chilli, crushed garlic. Saute for few seconds.
  • STEP 5.Add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, honey, Add sugar, chilli flakes, kashmiri red chilli powder,salt to taste.
  • STEP 6.Cook for 1 minute.
  • STEP 7.Add the cooked chicken pieces and toss in high flame for 1 minute.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with a dollop of butter on top.
