An amazingly quick recipe for breakfast or lunch. Bhindi masala done in a microwave. Jhatpat and tasty as well. It goes well with both rice and rotis. This is my way of doing it. There might be many recipes of this dish but this is my most liked microwave dish and so thought of sharing with you all. It becomes a way much easier for moms like me with little kids who need full attention always. And with such naughty kids, this whole process becomes even more interesting. They actually help you with this as they watch it being done in a microwave. And what more can any mother ask for ? when your kids are on the way of becoming future chefs, all you can do is smile at their cuteness.

  • 1/5 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon turmeric powder
