  • 250 gram pork minced
  • 150 gram shrimps peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Shallots
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon corn/tapioca starch
  • As required Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 Daikon Raddish peeled and cut into rounds
  • As required Bok Choy
  • As required Chinese Celery
  • As required Bean Sprouts
  • As required garlic chives
  • 1 onion peeled
  • 20 Nos shiitake mushroom soaked in hot water
  • 3 tablespoon dried shrimp soaked in hot water
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 600 gram Lean Pork shoulder
