A mexican recipe of Mexican Picadillo with flavours and spices. Seasoned beef is pan fried. Then cooked along with onion, jalapenos, tomato sauce, beef bouillon and potatoes.

In a large skillet heat oil
Season the beef with salt,pepper and cumin
Add the beef to the skillet
Break the meat
Cook for 5mins
Drain the excess fat
Add the onion, jalapenos,and tomatoes
Add the garlic, beef bouillon, tomato sauce, poblano pepper and salt
Cover and cook for 10mins
Add the potatoes and cook for 5mins
Serve with tortillas and rice
