Ingredients for Mexican nachos bhel Recipe

  • 7.50 Pieces Nachos
  • 1.50 tbsp Cooked American Corn Kernels
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped carrots
  • 1.50 tbsp Finely chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 25 gm Mamra or Puffed Rice
  • 1 tbsp besan Sev
  • 25 gm Fried Corn Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Green chutney
  • 1/2 tsp Jaggery Tamarind Chutney
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander leaves

Directions: Mexican Nachos Bhel Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all break the nachos and put in a big bowl then add in fried corn , puffed rice or mamra, corn cucumber, onions, tomatoes, carrots, coriander leaves, besan sev and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Now sprinkle some chaat masala and again mix well then add in green chutney, jaggery tamarind chutney and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Now put the bhel in a serving plate and garnish with some coriander leaves and nachos and serve, delicious Mexican nachos bhel is ready.
