Ingredients for Mexican hotpot chesse rice fondue. Recipe

  • 1/2 cup semi cook rice
  • 3/4 g Tometoes grevy
  • 1/2 Pieces onion cut
  • 1 Tbsp tab spoon kidney beans
  • 1/2 Tbsp tab spoon red bell paper
  • 1/2 Tbsp tab spoon yellow capsicum
  • 1/2 g tab spoon green capsicum
  • 1/2 g reen chilly chopped
  • 3/4 Tbsp tab spoon corn dana
  • 1/4 Pieces poteto cut dice small piece
  • 1/4 Pieces tomato cut
  • 1/2 g Cheese grated
  • 1/4 Tbsp Salt as per test
  • 1/4 Tbsp red chilly powder
  • 0.13 Tbsp Half spoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp tab spoon red chilly sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp tab spoon tometo sauce
  • 1/4 Tbsp tab spoon mexican spice masala
  • 1/4 g tab spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 g tab cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp tab butter
  • As Required coriander leaves cut

Directions: Mexican Hotpot Chesse Rice Fondue. Recipe

  • STEP 1.#tomato Take a pan poured in to 3glass water than add 2cup basmati rice add half tab spoon oil nd salt .boil it only 7minute than draining the water .let it cool down 30 minutes. Our semi cook rice ready.
  • STEP 2.Now make 3 tomatoes grevy in mixee than take a pan pour in to oil n and butter add onions, 1tab spoon ginger garlic paste, green chilly cooked 2mini high flame than add tomato grevy add all spices, salt , boiled kidney beans, potato dices cook 2minutes than add all
  • STEP 3.Veggies, Sauce red chilly nd tomatoes, Mexican Masala, than cook it 2minutes Now thick constitancy add cooked rice mix well ND place in middle part for cheese fondue. Off the gas flame. After melting cheese garnish coriander leaves
