  • 0.33 cup Roasted and crushed vermicelli
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 0.67 cup Cup Milk or
  • 0.08 tsp Green cardamom power
  • 0.11 cup Sugar powder

Directions: Methi Saviya Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a kadhai add ghee.crush vermiclli.saute vermiclli in ghee for 2 minutes on a medium flames. Remove the rosted vermiclli.now in the some pan add few drop of ghee saute dry dates and nuts for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Add milk along with nuts. Add sugar powder, cardamom power and vermiclli.simmer until vermiclli absorbs all milk and become dry.Serve hot or chilled.
