  • 62.50 g green fenugreek
  • 1/4 Cup Boiled green peas
  • 1 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 3/4 Pieces Garlic
  • 0.13 Inch Chopped ginger
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chili
  • 0.13 cup Boiled mushroom
  • 1/4 cup Fresh malai
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee or oil
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • 3 Pieces Cashew
  • 1/4 To Taste salt - as per taste
  • 1/4 To Taste Red chili powder - half of
  • 1/4 A Pinch Asafoetida
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 Pieces Black cardamom

How to Make Methi, Matar Malai Mushroom Greavy Recipe

STEP 01

Roast 2 chopped onions, 4 diced tomatoes, 2-3 green chillies, garlic, bit of chopped ginger, 1/2

STEP 02

cup boiled mashooms, 12 cashews in 2 tsp oil for 7-8 mins.

STEP 03

Remove these cooked ingredients from the pan and let it cool down in a bowl.

STEP 04

Cook methi for 3-4 mins in the pan.

STEP 05

Grind the cooled mixture into a paste or thick gravy.

STEP 06

Heat 2-3 tsp oil in a pan and add hing, 2 big cardamom (moti elaichi), 2 bay leaves (tez patta) and add the grind mixture to it.

STEP 07

Add 1 glass milk to it and mix.

STEP 08

Put the mixture in a wok or kadhai.

STEP 09

Add 1 cup boiled peas (matar) or methi to it.

STEP 10

Pour 3-4 tsp malai over to it. Our dish is ready to serve.
