Ingredients for Methi Matar Malai Recipe

  • 125 gram Methi leaves
  • 1 Big peas bowl
  • 1 Big fresh malai bowl
  • 3 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 4-5 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 1 piece Ginger small
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 3-4 tablespoon Refined oil
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

Directions: Methi Matar Malai Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Wash and chop methi. Chop onions. Grind tomato, green chilli, garlic and ginger to make a paste. Add 1 tbsp ghee and heat it. Now add chopped methi, water and salt. Cook at low flame for 3 minutes. Now add 3 tbsp oil and heat it and add chopped onions, tomato paste, salt, peas, water and mix. Cook.

  • STEP 1.Then add masala-coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix well and cook until oil floats. Add fried methi, fresh cream, kasuri methi and garam masala. Cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with corinader leaves.
