- 125 gram Methi leaves
- 1 Big peas bowl
- 1 Big fresh malai bowl
- 3 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 2 Green chillies
- 4-5 No.s Garlic Cloves
- 1 piece Ginger small
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 3-4 tablespoon Refined oil
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

How to Make Methi Matar Malai Recipe
step 1
STEP 01
Wash and chop methi. Chop onions. Grind tomato, green chilli, garlic and ginger to make a paste. Add 1 tbsp ghee and heat it. Now add chopped methi, water and salt. Cook at low flame for 3 minutes. Now add 3 tbsp oil and heat it and add chopped onions, tomato paste, salt, peas, water and mix. Cook.

Then add masala-coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix well and cook until oil floats. Add fried methi, fresh cream, kasuri methi and garam masala. Cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with corinader leaves.
