Ingredients for Methi Malai Matar Paneer Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Fenugreek leaves
  • 0.17 cup Green peas boiled
  • 33.33 gm Paneer
  • 0.67 Cups Onions
  • 0.33 tbsp ginger garlic green chillies paste
  • 0.17 cup Cashews
  • 0.33 tbsp Melon seeds
  • 0.67 Pieces Cardamom pods
  • 0.33 Pieces Clove
  • 0.17 Pieces Cinnamon stick
  • 0.33 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.33 tsp Sugar
  • 0.67 tsp Fresh malai
  • 0.17 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Methi Malai Matar Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak cashew nuts and melon seeds in warm water for half an hour. Then make paste of it.
  • STEP 2.Now in a pan, heat some oil & add cardamom pods, clove & cinnamon & saute it. Then add onion, garlic ginger green chillies paste & saute it. Let it cool completely & then make a paste in mixer & strain it & keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Now in the same pan, add oil/ ghee, add dry red chilli & add onion paste which we have made & saute it.
  • STEP 4.Then add cashews paste & saute it. To adjust the consistently, add some milk. After few minutes, add boiled green peas, fenugreek leaves and mix it.
  • STEP 5.Now add salt, sugar, garam masala & mix everything well. Let it cook for another few minutes till the fenugreek leaves are cooked well. Cover the lid.

  • STEP 6.Now add paneer cubes & fresh malai to it & cook for another two minutes.
