Ingredients for Malai Matar Recipe

  • 0.67 cup Peas boiled
  • 0.33 cup Milk
  • 0.17 cup Cream
  • 0.67 Pieces Onion
  • 0.67 tbsp Oil
  • 0.17 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.17 To Taste Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp garam masala
  • 0.33 Pieces Tomato
  • 0.33 Tsp Ginger garlic paste

Directions: Malai Matar Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add oil in a hot pan. Then add ginger garli paste. After saute add paste of onion and tomato. Cook it for 4-5 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Then add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix it well
  • STEP 3.Then add cream to the masala and add milk according to requirement.
  • STEP 4.Cook at low flame for 5-6 minutes. Then add boiled Matar in it. Saute it for 2-3 minutes. Matar masala recipe is ready.
