Ingredients for Methi malai chicken Recipe

  • 187.50 g Chicken
  • 0.13 Cup dahi
  • 1/2 As Required Table spoon oil
  • 1/4 As Required Table spoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 Tsp tea spoon kasoori methi
  • 1/4 Tsp tea spoon dhania
  • 1/2 Tbsp table spoon fresh cream
  • 1.25 As Required reen chillies slitted
  • 1/4 Tsp tea spoon peeper
  • 1 Pieces Large onion
  • 1/4 Tsp tea spoon corriender powder
  • 1/4 Tsp tea spoon jeera powder
  • 1/4 Tsp tea spoon kashmiri mirch

Directions: Methi Malai Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.First clean the chicken
  • STEP 2.Then marinate it with dahi , ginger garlic paste salt and peeper
  • STEP 3.Add oil in pan add slited oninon fry it until it became golden brown.then add ginger garlic paste and the marinated chicken.use lid to cover it.
  • STEP 4.Now add all masalas n cook it with another 15 mins.add salt and sugar as per taste.no need to add water.check after few.mins .if done then add fresh cream and kasoori methi . Cook it for some more time.at last add dhnaia leaves and
