Khakhra, a famous thin flat-bread, is very popular in Gujrat. Its most demanded in Jain cuisine too. Basically, its made of wheat flour, basic spices and oil. Its most favourite Gujarati breakfast recipe too. Khakhra is best enjoyed with spicy pickles or Chutney. Here, i have given twist to my Khakhra. I have added, fresh Fenugreek leaves besides cumin seeds, carrom seeds , spices and oil. And gave it an interesting shape, using a plastic dibba. Then cooked thin layers of khakhra on low flame pressing all around to cook till crisp. Aroma of these Khakhra is really luring. Moreover its super delicious and power packed too.
