When we are bored of curries, we turn to ‘kadhi’ . Here’s a yummy combination of the goodness of fenugreek (methi leaves) with our simple gujrathi styled kadhi. Out of all the benefits of methi, it’s anti inflammatory properties, helping digestion and lowering cholesterol levels are the greatest boon to elders and expectant mothers, who can also benefit from methi’s milk increasing capacity in the body after child birth.
