  • 0.17 cup Fenugreek Leaves, Chopped
  • 0.08 cup Yogurt
  • 0.33 teaspoon Ginger Green Chili Paste
  • 0.08 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Directions: Methi Dhokla Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix gram flour, yogurt, fenugreek leaves, ginger-green chili paste, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add water to make a smooth batter. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Grease a steamer plate and pour the batter into it. Steam for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Remove from steamer and let it cool. Cut into pieces and serve with chutney.

Storage and Serving

  • Store the Methi Dhokla in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Reheat before serving and serve with green chutney or tamarind chutney.
