  • 1 Green Chilies, Slit
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • 0.13 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and fenugreek leaves. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add buttermilk, salt, and water. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
