Ingredients for Meethi paratha Recipe

  • a bunch Meethi
  • 1/2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 0.13 tsp Fennel
  • a pinch Heeng
  • 1/2 Pieces Chili
  • a bunch Dhaniya
  • 3/4 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 3/4 Pieces Chili
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Black salt
  • 3/4 Tsp Curd

Directions: Meethi Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Clean the meethi and wash them.Then take the wheat flour and add the meethi salt fennel red chili powder heeng and chillies in the flour and then make the dough
  • STEP 2.Roll the dough in the form of paratha and cook them on pan
  • STEP 3.For the chutney seperate the dhaniya from the stem .Now, Add the leaves in the mixer and add the tomatoes chilies salts and curd in the jar
  • STEP 4.Grind the ingredients and make a paste
