A very easy recipe idea for lunch done in just a few minutes. It goes well with both rice and rotis. Do not go by it's name, as it does not have a single grain of sugar in it. It is named so in hyderabad because it does not have much of the chilli and is cooked with lots of onions and few spices only. And because onions mask the effect of hot pepper whatever is present in the curry, this dish is named as meethe baingan.
