Ingredients for Meetha cheela Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Wheat flour
  • 0.38 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 inch Pinch soda
  • 1/4 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tbsp 4-5 tbsp
  • A Pinch Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • as required water

Directions: Meetha Cheela Recipe

  • STEP 1.Prepare a sweet batter by adding flour, sugar, cardamom powder, salt, chironji and water as required in a bowl. Mix soda and beat. Batter is ready to make sweet cheela.
  • STEP 2.Heat a tawa and add 1 tsp ghee. Spread the sweet batter in round shape with the help of spoon on low flame.
  • STEP 3.Put ghee on medium heat and fry till golden brown from both the sides.
  • STEP 4.Delicious flour sweet cheela is ready. Serve sweet cheela hot with chocolate sauce
