Crush the onions, ginger, garlic cloves, green chilies together . Shred the coconut.
Cut and wash the fish . Heat the pan and add the fish
Add shredded coconut 1 cup and the crushed spices. Add ¼ tsp turmeric powder and ½ tsp black pepper powder
Mix well , add 1 cup water and salt to taste, cover and cook for 3mins . Add curry leaves and 1tbsp coconut oil , mix well. Serve with rice.
