Ingredients for Mee Siam Recipe
- 240 gram dried rice vermicelli
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 240gmonions
- 5 Nos red chillies
- 1.50 inch ginger
- 4 Nos garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste
- 2 teaspoon yellow bean paste
- 1/2 teaspoon tamarind paste
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Nos eggs
- 15-20 Nos shrimps
- 1/2 cup tiny shrimps
- 2 cup bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- As required Some chopped onions
- As required Some fresh chillies
- As required Lime wedges

How to Make Mee Siam Recipe
Add rice flour,2 chopped lemongrass heat at medium flame and stir for 7 minutes.
1.boil vermicelli in a pan, drain and rinse with cold water
2.add 1 tbsp oil in a pan & heat it.
3.then add onions and fry them for 3-4 mins,then add chillies,ginger,garlic and shrimp paste and further cook it for 2-3 mins.
4.let the fried mixture cool down and then grind it,then mix yellow bean paste,tamarind paste,fish sauce and sugar and pour it in a bowl.
5.using the same pan add in half of egg and soy sauce mix,swill around the pan and make a thin omelette.
6.flip and cook the other side as well.
7.in the same way,make another omelette,now place the second omelette over the first one,roll them up and cut into thin slices.
8.now add & heat the remaining oil,add king prawns and cook for 2 mins or until they turn pink.
9.add tiny shrimps,bean sprouts and cook for another minute.
10.then add the chilli onion paste and heat for a minute or two until the bubble appears.
11.then add the noodles and soy sauce and heat on high flame for a couple of mins until noodles are cooked thoroughly.
12.now transfer it into a bowl and top with cooked omelette
13.sprinkle some chopped onions,fresh chillies and garnish with lime wedges
