A traditional yellow noodle dish of Malaysia originated in Muar, Juhar, Malasia which is a curry cooked with yellow noodle coupled with egg in addition to a thick broth-gravy made of a combination of dried shrimps.

Boil spaghetti/egg noodles and drain the water and keep it aside.
Bring the beef broth to a boil at medium flame and add the sliced shallots,garlic,ginger,ketchup,chili paste,sugar and salt as per taste,mix well and bring to a boil.
Simmer the flame until the broth has reduced and thickened slightly and add prawns and cook at low flame until the prawns turn pink.
5.drizzle in the egg and cook at simmer until gravy thickens
Place the noodles into a plate and pour the gravy onto it, lastly,garnish with hard boiled eggs and lime wedges
