- 1/2 pound egg noodles/spaghetti
- 1/2 pound Shrimp
- 2 Nos shallots
- 1.50 teaspoon Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 cup Beef Broth
- 5 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chilli paste
- 2 Nos eggs
- 3 teaspoon Sugar
- As required Salt
- 1 Nos hard boiled egg
- 1 Nos lime

How to Make Mee Bandung Recipe

Boil spaghetti/egg noodles and drain the water and keep it aside.

Bring the beef broth to a boil at medium flame and add the sliced shallots,garlic,ginger,ketchup,chili paste,sugar and salt as per taste,mix well and bring to a boil.

Simmer the flame until the broth has reduced and thickened slightly and add prawns and cook at low flame until the prawns turn pink.

5.drizzle in the egg and cook at simmer until gravy thickens

Place the noodles into a plate and pour the gravy onto it, lastly,garnish with hard boiled eggs and lime wedges
