Ingredients for Medu wada Recipe

  • 50 g Urad daal
  • As Required Oil
  • As Required Salt
  • 0.60 Pieces reen Chilli
  • 1.20 Pieces Black pepper

Directions: Medu Wada Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the urad dal thoroughly and keep it aside for minimum 30 mins
  • STEP 2.In a mixer, jar add urad dal, jeera powder, salt, green chillies and pepper with little water to make a paste. The paste should be a bit grainy
  • STEP 3.Remove the paste in a bowl.
  • STEP 4.Keep aside for 20minutes.
  • STEP 5.Put oil in a kadhai for frying. Now wet your palms with normal water and take the mixture in your hand in a circle make a hole and pot it in hot oil
  • STEP 6.Remove the medu wada when golden brown.serve with coconut chutney and sambar.
