STEP 1.Wash the urad dal thoroughly and keep it aside for minimum 30 mins
STEP 2.In a mixer, jar add urad dal, jeera powder, salt, green chillies and pepper with little water to make a paste. The paste should be a bit grainy
STEP 3.Remove the paste in a bowl.
STEP 4.Keep aside for 20minutes.
STEP 5.Put oil in a kadhai for frying. Now wet your palms with normal water and take the mixture in your hand in a circle make a hole and pot it in hot oil
STEP 6.Remove the medu wada when golden brown.serve with coconut chutney and sambar.
