  • STEP 1.Start by making the hummus. In a food processor, blend together chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • STEP 2.Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and set aside.
  • STEP 3.In a small pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add curry leaves and red chili and saut茅 for a few seconds until fragrant.
