Mediterranean foods are generally made of olive, cheese, vegetables, egg, low fat meat etc. Eggs are very good for health. Today I have made mediterranean egg pizza, with goodness of spinach, eggs and loaded with cheese.

Ingredients for Mediterranean Egg Pizza Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Egg
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped spinach leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp Finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Rock salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 0.13 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 0.13 cup Thinly sliced capsicum
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter

Directions: Mediterranean Egg Pizza Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat butter in a nonstick pan and put crushed garlic.

  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté.

  • STEP 3.Add chopped spinach, 1/4 tsp rock salt and chilli powder.

  • STEP 4.Mix all well and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

  • STEP 5.Beat eggs in a bowl with remaining rock salt and pepper.

  • STEP 6.Add tomato sauce over the cooked spinach in pan.

  • STEP 7.Pour beaten eggs over the spinach mixture.

  • STEP 8.Cover and cook till one side done, then Flip over and spread cheese and capsicum on egg mixture.

  • STEP 9.Cover again and cook till cheese melts.

  • STEP 10.Transfer in plate, cut in pieces and enjoy the delicious egg pizza.
