  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 3/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 Cardamom Pods
  • 1 Cloves
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • as per your need Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the meat with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated meat to the pan and cook on medium heat until the meat is tender and cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Add garam masala powder and coriander leaves for garnish. Serve hot with rice or roti.

Cooking Tips

  • For best results, marinate the meat for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to penetrate.
  • You can adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
  • If the gravy is too thick, you can add a little water to adjust the consistency.
