How to Make Mbeju Recipe


1 - in a bowl take some cassava flour, salt, cayenne pepper, grated cheese and butter.

2- combine everything with your hands and drizzle some cold milk on top. Mix it well.

3- heat a pan on medium to high flame. Cover the pan with the mixture and press it. Cover and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Flip it and cook it the similar way.
