  • 1/10 tablespoon Ghee

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a non-stick pan, heat ghee and add crumbled mawa (khoya). Cook on low heat until it starts to melt.
  • STEP 2.Add condensed milk and mix well. Cook on low heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 3.Add cardamom powder and mix well. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  • STEP 4.Grease your hands with ghee and shape the mixture into small pedas. Garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
  • STEP 5.Let the pedas cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
