Ingredients for matter panner Recipe

  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 cup 1/2 Cup
  • 1/2 cup Fresh tomato puree
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 Kg As per taste Salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh green peas/frozen
  • 100 gms Paneer
  • 2 g Cubes
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala

Directions: Matter Panner Recipe

  • STEP 1.First, fry paneer cubes and put them in warm water before adding curry
  • STEP 2.A handful of coriander leaves & ginger julienne
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and onion. Saute them till onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add tomato puree, mix well and cook till the oil separates.
  • STEP 6.Add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix everything well.
  • STEP 7.Add green peas and paneer cubes, and mix well.
  • STEP 8.Add water, cover, and cook for 7-8 minutes.
  • STEP 9.Add garam masala, dried Kasuri methi, and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • STEP 10.Serve hot with Chapati 🫓 or any choice of your bread
