Ingredients for Matsaijeon Recipe

  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Green Onion
  • 1 cup Hot pepper
  • 1 stick Korean cup
  • 1 tablespoon All purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Korean mix
  • 1 tablespoon Korean pancake powder

Directions: Matsaijeon Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. Chop the onions, carrot, green onion, hot pepper and korean sticks. Now transfer to a mixing bowl. Add all purpose flour, korean pancake and korean frying mix.  add eggs and salt to the bowl and mix together. In a cooking pan add oil and make patties to fry until golden brown.
