Ingredients for Matri Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups Maida
  • 3/4 Tbsps hee
  • A Pinch Haldi
  • As Required Oil
  • As Required Water

Directions: Matri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take maida add ghee and haldi and knead dough with Luke warm water and rest it for 10 min now make small balls and roll it into thin puri size and then fold into triangle and pick it with fork and let it dry for an hour then deep fry
