  • STEP 1.Soak the moth beans overnight and drain the water.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, and green chilies.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut��� until fragrant.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 5.Cook until the tomatoes are soft and oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 6.Add the soaked moth beans and water. Cover and cook until the beans are tender.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
