STEP 1.First of all wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes. Now put ghee in the pan and heat it, then add cumin, small cardamom, big cardamom, cloves and black pepper and crackle it. Now add cashew nuts and roast them. Then add peas, mix and fry for 1 minute. Then add rice and fry for 1 minute, then add water as required. Now add salt and garam masala and 1 teaspoon lemon juice to it, cover and cook. Now our Matar Pulao is ready, it can be served with chutney or raita.
