  • 0.33 cup Green peas
  • 0.67 cup Wheat flour
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.33 As Required Curry leaves
  • 0.33 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.33 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.33 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.67 tsp Oil
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Matar Paratha | Green Peas Recipe

  • STEP 1.mix it well & add peas.
  • STEP 2.Complete cool in a blender takes peas.

  • STEP 5.Pinch it to seal it tightly.
  • STEP 6.Now gently press it using your fingers

  • STEP 8.Now again dip both sides into dry flour.
  • STEP 9.and gently roll.
  • STEP 10.Heat the Tawa on medium heat. Once hot, place rolled paratha on it. Cook other side for a few seconds and now apply some oil on top.
  • STEP 11.Now flip the paratha. If rolled properly, it will puff up.Serve hot with curd
