Ingredients for Matar paneer (pure vegetarian food) Recipe

  • 66.67 gm cottage cheese
  • 0.17 cup green peas
  • 0.67 nos Tomato pcs
  • 0.08 cup cashewnuts &melon seeds
  • 0.67 nos Green chilli pcs
  • 0.17 tsp ginger chopped
  • 0.33 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.08 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.33 nos dry red chilli whole pc
  • 0.33 nos Bay leaf pc
  • As required Whole garam masala as needed
  • As required Salt and sugar to taste
  • As required Oil as needed.
  • 0.33 cup milk(warm)

Directions: Matar Paneer (pure Vegetarian Food) Recipe

  • STEP 1.boil tomato,ginger, green chilli and nuts together,cool it down and blend to a smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.now cut the paneer into cubes and soak in warm milk with a little sugar.
  • STEP 3.heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds and whole garam masala saute a bit till it is aromatic.
  • STEP 4.now add the blended masala mix turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt saute well.
  • STEP 5.mix the paneer cubes,mix well add the milk allow it to boil.
  • STEP 6.add sugar and mix ,simmer far a minute or so.
