Ingredients for Matar paneer Recipe

  • 50 gm Paneer
  • 50 gm matar
  • 1/10 g aram masala
  • 1/5 g kasuri mathi
  • 2 g Cashews
  • As Required Cream
  • 1/10 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 g Green cardamon
  • 1 g Ginger
  • 5 g Garlic
  • 50 g Onion
  • 50 g Tomoto
  • 1/10 g Salt
  • 10 cup Yogurt
  • 1/10 Pieces Small bay leaf
  • 1/10 g Cumin seeds
  • 1/5 Pieces Cinnamon
  • 1/10 g Turmeric
  • 1/10 tbsp Oil
  • 1/10 g Red chili powder
  • 1/10 g Coriander powder
  • 1/10 g reen chili

Directions: Matar Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fry paneer in oil.
  • STEP 2.Add some oil in pan N fry all veggies ( onion garlic Chilli tomotos)
  • STEP 3.Now put veggies in blender N blend it
  • STEP 4.Now take a pan N add some oil.
  • STEP 5.Put cinnamon, small Bay leaf, n green cardamon, n jeera n pinch of some hung.
  • STEP 6.Now paste of veggies put in pan..
  • STEP 7.Now mix some spices like Turmeric, Coriander powder, red chill powder, n Garam masala.
  • STEP 8.After some time add yogurt n make a grevy.
  • STEP 9.Now add peas n cooked it.
  • STEP 10.After cooked we add paneer..
  • STEP 11.Now matar paneer is ready.
