Ingredients for MATAR PANEER Recipe

  • 50 Gms Paneer diced in
  • 50 Gms Matar
  • 1/4 Cup Onion paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 Cup Tomato paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp Chopped coriander leaves

Directions: Matar Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1. Heat oil in a pan add paneer cubes fry and take off now add matar and fry and take off from the pan and dip the fried paneer and matar into the milk for ten mins.
  • STEP 2. Heat oil in the same pan add cumin seeds to crackle
  • STEP 3.. Add onion and ginger garlic paste and saute till onion turns golden brown now add tomato paste and mix well
  • STEP 4..Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well
  • STEP 5..Now add tomato paste and add some water n saute for 4-5 minutes in medium flame
  • STEP 6..Fry the masala till the oil starts to leave the sides.
  • STEP 7. Add paneer and matar with milk and mix well
  • STEP 8.. Add water and bring to boil
  • STEP 9..Cook till peas are tender.
  • STEP 10.Add garam masala and mix well.
  • STEP 11.Gannish with coriander leaves,serve hot.
