Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • STEP 2.Once the cumin seeds splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, green peas, and spices (red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala).
  • STEP 5.Cook the mixture until the tomatoes are soft and the peas are cooked.
  • STEP 6.Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot as a snack or side dish.
