Soak rice and red lentil in water in separate vessels and keep them aside for 15 mins.  heat some oil in a pressure cooker saucepan.  

step 1

Add bayleaf and dry red chilli.  later,  add ginger garlic paste and green chilli.  when it turns brown , add onion. 

step 2

Wait for it to turn brown , add rice and mix it well for 2 minutes and then add the lentil.  and mix all the ingredients well. 
after that add turmeric powder and 2 glasses of water with salt,  garam masala powder and ghee and cover the lid of the pressure cooker

step 3

Wait for 2 whistles and then take it off the gas.  garnish it with coriander.  tastes well with pickle.
