A cocktail of lentils and chicken mince with potatoes and boiled ehgs added a very healthy, complete meal after fasting in ramadan. Whole masoor or pigeons eye dal cooked with chicken mince, added to rice and best pressure cooked pulao in 15 minutes in pressure.

  • 1/4 cup chicken kheema
  • 75 gram rice of your choice
  • 1/4 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 small onions chopped
  • 1/2 medium tomatoes cut fine
