  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Slit

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add onions, green chilies, and curry leaves. Saut茅 until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated chicken and cook until it is tender and cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.

Cooking Tips
