Ingredients for Masala vada Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Tuvar dal
  • 1/4 cup Chana dal
  • 1 g reen chillies
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 0.06 cup Finely chopped onions
  • 0.06 cup Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Finely chopped pudina
  • 1/2 tsp hyacinth beans
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Oil

Directions: Masala Vada Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak both dals for 4/5 hours.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water .
  • STEP 3.Grind dals with green chillies and ginger to a smooth paste.
  • STEP 4.Add onions, coriander leaves, pudina leaves, hyacinth beans and salt to this dal paste.
  • STEP 5.Make vadas by deep frying in hot oil.
