  • 1 As Required Bowl sooji
  • 1 Pieces peice onion
  • 1 Pieces peice tomato
  • 2 g reen chillies
  • 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
  • As Required Half capsicum
  • 2 Pieces chilly powder
  • As Required Turmeric powder
  • As Required salt as per taste
  • 2 g 2 to 3 g

Directions: Masala Upma Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly heat the oil and add vegetable and fry it properly.
  • STEP 2.Add all spices and stir it properly then cook for 1 min then add sooji inside it mix it properly
  • STEP 3.After that add buttermilk and mix it properly and our masala upma is ready to serve .
