STEP 1.In a pot, heat 2 tsp oil and add 1 tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp jeera, ginger and let splutter.
STEP 2.Then add 2 boiled and mashed potatoes.
STEP 3.Add ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp chaat masala and ½ tsp salt.
STEP 4.Mix everything well.
STEP 5.Turn off the flame and mix 2 tbsp coriander leaves. Potato masala stuffing is ready.
STEP 6.Take 2 bread slices and spread green chutney over one side.
STEP 7.Add topping on one bread slice with 2 slices of onion and 5 slices of tomato.
STEP 8.Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala.
STEP 9.Now spread a tbsp of prepared potato masala stuffing.
STEP 10.Now add the capsicum slices as topping.
STEP 11.Cover with another bread slices and spread ½ tsp butter.
STEP 12.Toast the sandwich with some butter till golden and crisp.
STEP 13.Spread ½ tsp green chutney and cut the masala toast sandwich.
STEP 14.Garnish with sev and chaat masala before serving masala toast sandwich.
