  • 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 Juice Lemon
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and devein the tiger prawns, leaving the tails intact.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Marinate the prawns in the spice mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and chopped onions. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated prawns to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
