STEP 1.At first, take medium size fish pieces and cut slits into the fish.
STEP 2.Then add yogurt and all ingredients. Mix well.
STEP 3.Marinate the fish with mixture for 1 hour.
STEP 4.Heat oil in a iron tawa and fry for 10 mins from the both sides.
STEP 5.Remove from the tawa and keep on a plate.
STEP 6.Now ready juicy crispy masala pomfret serve with any type of chutney or ketchup.
